WHEN IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
We accept exchanges or returns only in the following cases:

  • Product with visible or functional manufacturing defect.

  • Product with shipping error (model, color, print or size different from the one requested).

  • Product damaged during transport.

📆 The deadline to request an exchange or refund is until 7 calendar days after receipt of the order , as provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
After this period, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to fulfill the request.

 ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Some situations, although understandable, are not subject to exchange or return. They are:

  • Errors when choosing the size (full sizing information is provided on the product pages).

  • Products personalized items, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches applied on request.

  • Products without original packaging, labels removed, signs of use, washing or damage caused by misuse.

📦 RETURN CONDITIONS
For the return to be approved:

  • The product must be unused , in original packaging , with all the labels and accessories .

  • After the request, the item will go through a internal quality assessment , before releasing the shipment of a new item.
