Netmantos works directly with leading manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, which allows us to offer exclusive products. Once your order is confirmed, your package will be shipped from our international logistics network to the shipping address provided at checkout (except in cases where a specific shipping method has been arranged).
Conditions of Service
To ensure transparency, please note the following conditions:

In the event of loss or delivery issues caused by our carrier, a new shipment will be issued and the delivery timeframe will restart.

For exchanges approved under our policies, we will cover both outbound and return shipping costs.

Customized jerseys (with name, number, or patches) are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
